Inspection procedure for Cranes in regular service is divided into two general classifications based upon the intervals at which inspections should be performed

  1. Frequent Inspections---Daily to Monthly
  2. Periodic Inspections---1 to 12 Month Intervals

Systems Specialties, Inc. has highly experienced factory-trained field service technicians available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our inspection and maintenance programs include a thorough inspection of your overhead crane and hoist systems; we will provide you a computer generated, detailed report for your records. In addition, recommended repairs will be quoted to you in a timely manner.

Load Testing

Per OSHA regulation, all new cranes and cranes which have been extensively repaired and/or altered in any way should be tested to confirm the load rating of the crane. Systems Specialties, Inc. has certified weight testing equipment and experienced technicians to perform the required tests and prepare the required certification reports.
